RAXA Systems designs and sells vehicle-mounted systems and related accessories intended for off-road, overland, and utility use.

3. Vehicle Compatibility & Installation Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product compatibility with their vehicle and intended use.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Products are sold without installation

  • Installation is performed at the customer’s own risk

  • Improper installation, modification, or misuse may result in damage or injury and will void warranty coverage

RAXA Systems is not responsible for damage to vehicles, equipment, or persons resulting from improper installation or use.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency indicated on the Site and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities purchased per person or per order

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

If an order is modified or canceled, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

RAXA Systems is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

All sales are subject to our Warranty and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
