This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with RAXA Systems and shipped within Canada.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within Canada only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or manufacturing and preparation requirements. Processing time does not include transit time.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as Purolator, FedEx, Canada Post, or freight carriers for oversized or heavy items.
Carrier selection is determined based on order size, weight, and destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times vary depending on location, carrier, and external factors.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Oversized & Freight Shipments
Some RAXA Systems products require freight shipping due to size or weight.
For freight shipments:

Delivery is curbside only

Signature may be required upon delivery

The customer is responsible for unloading and ensuring safe access to the delivery location
Installation services are not included unless explicitly stated.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
RAXA Systems is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Requests for order changes must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order and are not guaranteed.
