Warranty

All RAXA Systems products are backed by a one (1) year limited warranty covering parts and workmanship.

This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects under normal use and conditions.
It does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use, installation, or modification

  • Accidents, misuse, or neglect

  • Improper cleaning, maintenance, or storage

RAXA Systems reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all warranty claims prior to approval.

Except in cases of shipping-related issues or verified defects, all sales are final.
RAXA Systems products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
