RAXA systems use the vehicle’s existing mounting points or a no-drill clip whenever possible. In very specific cases, if neither method works, drilling may be required as a last-resort alternative.
Shipping & Delivery
For online orders placed on our website, if the product is in stock, we ship from Quebec within 1 to 3 business days.
Not at the moment. We currently ship only within Canada, but stay tuned—RAXA plans to ship soon to the United States and internationally.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package in real time.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately. If you notice that the box has clearly been damaged during shipping, IMPORTANT do not accept the package from the carrier. We will guide you through the process to replace or repair the product as quickly as possible.
