1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN ANY RAXA Systems CONTEST (the “Contest”).
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

Contests are open only to legal residents of Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of RAXA Systems may be excluded from eligibility, at RAXA Systems’ discretion.

3. Acceptance of Rules

By entering a Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules and by any additional terms or instructions provided for a specific Contest.

All Contests are subject to all applicable federal, provincial, municipal, and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited by law.

4. Contest Period

Each Contest will be open during the specific period announced on the applicable contest page or promotional material (the “Contest Period”).

Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

Entry methods, instructions, and limitations (including entry limits, if any) will be clearly described on the applicable contest page or promotional material.

Only entries submitted in accordance with the stated instructions will be eligible.

6. Content Standards & Disqualification

RAXA Systems reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant whose entry or submitted content:

  • Is obscene, defamatory, threatening, hateful, violent, or illegal

  • Contains nudity or explicit material

  • Infringes upon third-party rights

  • Is fraudulent, misleading, or automated

  • Is offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the spirit, theme, or values of RAXA Systems

Automated entries, including those generated by scripts, bots, macros, or similar means, are prohibited and will be void.

All eligible entries become the property of RAXA Systems.

7. Prizes

Prize details, including descriptions and approximate retail values, will be disclosed for each Contest.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Prizes must be accepted as awarded

  • No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer is permitted

  • Prizes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions

8. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random draw or other method disclosed for the applicable Contest, from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification & Claim

Selected winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time, or does not meet eligibility requirements, they may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

10. Prize Conditions & Delivery

Prize fulfillment details, including delivery, installation, or pickup (if applicable), will be communicated to the selected winner.

All costs, expenses, taxes, or fees associated with receiving or using the prize, unless expressly stated otherwise, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

11. Verification & Release

Winners may be required to complete and sign a declaration of eligibility, liability release, and/or skill-testing question (where required by law) before receiving a prize.

Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

12. Use of Personal Information

By entering a Contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by RAXA Systems for the purposes of administering the Contest and, where permitted by law, for promotional and marketing communications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

RAXA Systems is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

  • Technical malfunctions or system errors

  • Unauthorized interference, fraud, or tampering

RAXA Systems reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a Contest if it cannot be conducted as planned for any reason beyond its control.

14. Social Media Disclaimer

Any Contest promoted on social media platforms is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

Participants release all such platforms from any liability related to the Contest.

15. Governing Law

All Contests are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
